Terms and Conditions
- Advance booking is mandatory for this experience
- The hot air balloon climbs up to 50 meters high for 7-10 minutes.
- The balloon does not travel, it ascends and descends vertically.
- Each ride is designed for a maximum of 2 adults with a total weight limit of 150 kg.
- Guests must be between 3 and 70 years old to participate.
- Insurance coverage applies only to passengers within the 3 to 70 age range.
- The hot air balloon will only operate when there are at least 2 reservations for each flight period.
- Rides are operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive first will take the first ride, and others will follow in order.
- Please note that flights may be canceled at the last minute due to unsuitable weather or wind conditions
- Each guest will receive 1 complimentary digital photo from their experience. Guests who bring outside photographers will be subject to a location fee of IDR 1,000,000 nett.
- Drone usage is prohibited within the resort perimeter.

The ride policy
Please be advised that hot air balloon operations may be canceled at short notice if weather or wind conditions are unsuitable. The pilot will make the final decision.
Rides are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive first will take the first ride, with others following in order.
